Grade Level: L3Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 21st February, 2023What is Stream Head Digitalization?The position is responsible for providing expertise, solutions, effective execution, and adoption of key initiatives related to digitalization of People & Organization (HR & Admin) tools and strategies. This role will partner with P&O Centre of Excellence teams, Information Technology, and other key stakeholders to articulate organizations digital experience strategy to provide with technology solutions to improve efficiency, collaboration, synthesize data and ideas to translate into action.The role reports directly to the Head People Experience and has 01 person reporting directly into it.What does Stream Head Digitalization do?

  • Lead the Digital HR strategy of implementing, supporting, and managing the process transitions and HR Automation and Digitization Initiatives.
  • Evaluate technical solutions provided by partners and ensure feasibility as per the business needs.
  • Evaluation and justifying business needs to make it more effective in terms of financial and business needs
  • Ensuring on-time projects delivery and security governance compliance.
  • Ensure a high-quality end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access.
  • Guides short-term and long-term resolution of end-user queries escalated with regards to HR systems i.e. Jazz People hub and Jazz People App.
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization. Develop best practice expertise to ensure the ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts.
