Description :Grade Level: Contractual (6 Months)Location: Islamabad Last date to apply: 6 March 2024What is a Specialist Project Management?The Project Management Associate role is responsible for planning & Execution of ad-hoc projects pertaining to Agent business & B2B (Business to Business) mandates.The role reports directly to the Manager Consumer Channel and is a solo role. There are no people reporting to this role. Project Management Associate will responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing various projects across cross functional teams fostering relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of Agent Network Enablement and B2B projects.What does Project Management Associate do?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute developments and Enablers for Agent Network and B2B projects.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel related project queries, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of Business Requirement Documents, proposals and contracts for various Agent Network related and B2B projects.
  • Generate regular reports on project status and performance.
  • Work closely with Product Design, MMBL stakeholders, Products and Experience teams to ensure the delivery of project milestones.
  • Should be able to closely work with Technology teams to ensure timely completion of integrations, new developments, and configurational changes in systems.
  • Being part of UAT?s to ensure product developments and system level configurational changes are implemented promptly and timely.
  • Ensuring timely provision of agents related information with concerned teams.
  • Monitoring of retail channel to ensure efficient execution of the project.

  • Bachelors degree in business, management, project management, or in a related field.
  • Noticeable experience of Business (B2B) projects & channel management.
  • Basic level understanding of Financial Services systems, API?s & integrations.
  • Experience of implementation of Agent related developments and B2B projects.
  • Understanding of Private sector mandates for disbursement / collection programs.
  • At least 2 years experience in channel / B2B or related fields.
  • Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and reporting skills.
