Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 12th Jun 2021What is Specialist Pricing & Analysis - Handsets & Devices Team?Specialist Pricing & Analysis - Handsets & Devices will be looking after a portfolio of Handsets & Devices segment for JazzHandsets & Devices team is part of the Marketing Department at Jazz.This commercially oriented team is responsible for P&L of Handsets and Devices Segment at Jazz.The structure of the team you will join is:

  • A 07 member team (including the department head) with 02 sub teams
  • You will be part of a 03 member sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
  • Revenue & Subscriber Management KPIs
  • Product Portfolio & Strategy Management
The two (02) specific tasks that the team wants to focus this year are:
  • Convert 2G existing subscribers, to 4G with Pakistan?s most affordable Digit4G smartphone
  • Grow and retain, Devices Segment to become a leading choice for 4G Broadband users
What is Specialist Pricing & Analysis ? Handsets & Devices?
  • Develop Business cases and conduct Pricing Analysis
  • Use Data Warehouse Tools to extract data and develop insights
  • Conduct Pre-Post analysis of segment?s campaigns and promos
  • Ensure timely update on business for team and management review via dashboards & reports
  • Make sure all the data is being correctly reported company wide w.r.t handset & Devices business
  • Develop & manage CVM campaigns in liaison with Product Development & Business Intelligence teams to retain & engage customer base
  • Deep dive analysis to assess customer usage, behavior, KPI trends and explore areas of improvement essential for business growth
  • Target achievement monitoring and tracking performance against respective targets for each month
  • Forecasting Sales, Revenue, and other critical KPIs
  • Business plan development and tracking for Handsets & Devices segment
  • Closely monitor competitor performance and maintain/increase revenue and subscriber market shares
  • Ability to build strong relationships with other teams: Pricing, Finance, Brands, CVM, Product development, BI & CC Teams to ensure operational excellence in executing overall segment strategy
  • Prepare presentations for team and management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external vendors
