As we continue to expand, were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven, and eager to make a significant impact on app growth and digital services.Specialist performance marketing & Analytics will manage reporting and performance of digital products through media outreach specifically digital. The candidate will present insights and data backed reports for effective user acquisition/retention/engagement to key marketing and other stakeholders.The role reports to the Head of Media & IMX with an extended team of 7 team members.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Create detailed reports on campaign performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and user engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data, identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
• Ensure accurate data collection and integration from various platforms, including Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and other relevant tools.
• Conduct regular A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
• Analyze user acquisition funnels, optimize conversion rates, and identify the most cost-effective channels for acquiring high-quality users.
• Track and report on daily and monthly campaign spending to ensure adherence to budget limits.
• Work with the media finance team to reconcile spend and ROI, providing detailed reports on campaign efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the product, brand, and analytics teams to align reporting efforts with business goals.
• Present data-driven insights and campaign performance updates to stakeholders, making complex data understandable for non-technical team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and app growth, using historical data to forecast future performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry standards.

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in in performance marketing with a focus on reporting and analytics, preferably within a mobile app environment.
• Experience of working in a tech/start-up/Digital and Lifestyle app will be bonus and shall be preferred
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of app marketing metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention rates.
• Experience with data visualization and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
