Job Description

Description :Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: June 7th, 2022.What is Specialist Master Data Management?This role is responsible to handle & maintain vendor master data to ensure high data quality in line with the JAZZ standards. This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work closely with OpCo functional teams to understand their needs and execute Master Data Management operations accordingly.The role reports directly to the Stream Head Procurement OperationsWhat does Specialist Master Data Management do?

  • Execute Master Data Management activities according to agreed policy & procedures.
  • Creation or update of vendors and items record in the Oracle ERP system by ensuring that data is accurately populated and updated with consistent information.
  • Validation of documentation before creation or modification of vendors and items in the database as per process/policy
  • Block a vendor upon user request or in case of red flag/black listed vendor identification.
  • Working closely with OpCo functional departments and resolve any queries or requests within the agreed SLAs.
  • Coordination with vendor to address their day to day queries.
  • Participate proactively to initiate existing vendors & items cleaning and improvement activities.
  • Weekly, Monthly & quarterly reporting related to Master Data Management (or as and when required)
  • Pro-actively propose process/service improvement initiatives to line management highlighting benefits.

  • We are looking for someone with a positive mindset who believes in collaboration with excellent communication skills with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting.
  • Proactive, self-motivator, team player, works well with others.
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Clear understanding of customer centric approach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Specially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
