Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast Date to apply: 19th Oct 2022What is Specialist Channel Planning?This role is responsible to design channel promos, handle sales commission budgets and manage channel communications.The role reports directly to Manager Channel Planning, Promotions and Strategy and has an extended team of 9 members.What does Specialist Channel Planning do?

  • Design Channel promos to support and engage channel on achievement of sales targets
  • Develop business cases of channel promos
  • Assist regions to launch regional promos and manage their budgets
  • Prepare sales commission budget forecast and reconciliation
  • Share monthly channel profitability tracker
  • Handle communications of sales promos
  • Perform post promo analysis on quality of sales, revenue and survival rates etc.
  • Work on market study and come up with ideas which drive lucrative promos to matches the business needs & requirements
  • Gain deep understanding of the competitor?s strategy & working and proactively propose counter measures
  • Develop plan for channel expansions e.g. numeric distribution, enablers analysis
  • Ensure that Channel Promos are designed in the way to meet company?s objectives
