Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: Dec 11th, 2022What is Specialist Accounts Payable?We are looking for someone who is energetic, open to accept challenge, love to work with a dynamic team and is not constrained by conventional practices and is able to think out of the box. This role is responsible for invoice booking in racle and will coordinate with internal teams to clear unapproved invoices.The role reports directly to the Stream Head Accounts Payable and has 04 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 14 team members.What does Specialist Accounts Payable do?

  • Invoice and Expense claim processing in Oracle
  • Compliance all the related SLAs, SOPs and policies.
  • Follow-up with stakeholders on pending invoices
  • Resolution of internal and vendors queries
  • Invoice booking with accuracy as per company policies and procedures.
  • Preparation & sharing of pending invoices status with HQ teams
  • Proactively identify process deficiencies and provide proposals on the process improvement
  • Provide input for monthly service review meeting
  • Preparation of weekly pending invoices overview
