About this opportunity We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for Ericssons short- and long-term profitable business by working closely with the Project team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. You will be supporting the delivery organization during requirement analysis, high as well as low-level design phases, network rollout, and handover.What you will do

• Be responsible for scope, defining, and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
• Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Support deployment of the solution
• Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build

You will bring

• At least a bachelor?s degree in Electronics, Telecom Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience working in a lead role
• Domain experience: area of expertise ? Site Solution Engineering for RAN 5G, MW
• Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. Experience required working as Lead IE Engineer involved in pre-sales, solution proposal, implementation, and acceptance phases
• A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Fiber Network Design, and Site Energy Design.

Additional RequirementsThis role requires extensive use of SAP P12 to select, manage and deliver hardware components from the warehouse to the sites. It involves the preparation of Site Material Request templates based upon the ordered hardware and agreed radio as well as transmission solutions. The candidate should have worked closely with the supply organization and be capable of material handling, reconciliation, and BoQ verification.The ideal candidate should have worked as a solution lead to devise site-level delivery solutions in line with the ordered BoQ. It also involves the preparation of TSSR templates and incorporating them into the SDE tool. Based on the site level information and the ordered solution, the candidate should be able to prepare Site Installation Documents for each site type with all the recommended installation instructions as specified by Ericsson?s PDU.The role involves extensive coordination with the customer to propose site-level solutions, address their queries, and recommend Ericsson preferred technical proposals. It also requires coordination with the customer counterparts to get the TSSR, SMR, SID, and SDD templates approved before the start of the actual rollout.
