Job Description

Win Win is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to be responsible for posting and marketing content on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram primarily).Responsibilities:

  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization?s brand and social media strategy
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
  • develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as , Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
  • develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
  • form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
