Our regional office in Pakistan is located in Islamabad and we have a team of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality workAbout the RoleWere looking for a seasoned SEO professional with a strategic mindset and technical expertise to lead our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, web development, and digital marketing strategies.Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic
  2. Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and support to team members
  3. Analyze SEO performance using various tools (GSC, Analytics, etc.) and create actionable insights
  4. Collaborate with web development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented
  5. Work closely with content teams to optimize on-page SEO elements and content strategy
  6. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  7. Conduct regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  8. Develop and maintain SEO reporting dashboards using tools like Looker Studio
  9. Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics using tools like Microsoft Clarity
  10. Optimize customer journey and conversion funnels in collaboration with marketing teams
  11. Provide SEO training and education to other departments as needed
  12. Manage relationships with external SEO tools and service providers
  13. Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy of the agency
  14. Ensure all SEO activities align with client goals and industry standards
  15. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate SEO strategies and results
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Strong SEO understanding with proven experience in planning and strategy development
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Experience with additional tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Looker Studio (preferred)
  • Solid technical SEO knowledge
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Comprehension of customer journey and marketing concepts, including marketing funnels
  • Web development experience and knowledge of the software/web development industry
  • Understanding of copywriting and content creation principles
  • Up-to-date knowledge of US market trends and deep understanding of the US audience
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with writers and developers
  • Strong leadership qualities to manage SEO resources effectively
  • Exceptional soft skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
