This full-time, mid-level managerial role is a unique opportunity for a strategic visionary with strong commercial and technical skills to lead the execution and governance of all our company?s digital and legacy campaigns and channels under the Contextual team. The successful candidate will ensure our CVM strategy aligns seamlessly with the company?s key objectives and strategic vision. As senior Contextual Marketing Expert, you will handle the designing and implementation of innovative strategies for growth, churn reduction, subscriber engagement, revenue enhancement, and lifecycle improvement activities.The role reports directly to the Head of CVM, who has a team comprising of people.RequirementsWhat Senior CVM and Contextual Marketing Expert does?Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute the CVM strategy in alignment with the company?s must-win battles. Lead the creation and implementation of contextual marketing strategies to drive subscriber engagement and loyalty.
• Manage Assigned Portfolio: Take full ownership of the assigned portfolio, driving performance and strategic direction. Be accountable for meeting and exceeding the portfolio?s performance targets, driving growth and success.
• Implement Governance Standards: Ensure all governance-related attributes are effectively implemented and adhered to, maintaining compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Digital, Segments, and Pricing teams. Work alongside them to align efforts and achieve overarching company goals. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leverage Data Science: Contribute to the development and application of advanced data science models for highly targeted and effective campaigns.
• Transition to Contextual Marketing: Play a key role in transitioning from conventional CVM to advanced contextual marketing, incorporating AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Reinvent CVM Strategies: Rethink and innovate CVM strategies and frameworks to develop cutting-edge contextual marketing propositions, ensuring relevance and engagement in a rapidly evolving market.
• Integrate New Technologies: Explore and implement new technologies and concepts such as real-time customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, and personalized customer experiences to stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance revenue streams. Implement lifecycle marketing strategies and innovate new product offerings aimed at maximizing revenue growth.

• • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CVM/Digital contextual marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Business Analytics Commercial domain experience
  • Experience with (CMS) platform would be an added advantage.
