  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Administrative Duties:
    • Oversee general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
    • Ensure smooth coordination of activities, meetings, and events related to client interactions.
  3. Contracting Specialist:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand contractual requirements and expectations.
    • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
    • Facilitate the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including monitoring key milestones and deliverables.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information related to client needs and contractual obligations.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align client expectations with company capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
