About this opportunity!We are looking for a Project Dismantling Manager to ensure that all equipment dismantling activities for Ericsson Equipment are carried out in accordance with Ericsson and customer instructions, quality requirements and within project budget.What you will do

  • Responsible for Ericsson rollout projects related to assets dismantling & redeployment.
  • Ensure ADMS uploads for customer owned materials.
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and customer departments (control and design) to resolve ADMS upload related concerns.
  • SPOC for customer, CPMs and Programs for ADMS related queries and concerns
  • Understanding of tools, NFTS, GATS, SCOs/SAFs, Scope of work issuance framework for assets disposal as scrap, temporary storage, and redeployment.
  • Following up with Project teams for material collection of approved ADMS.
  • Scheduling of material deliveries to warehouses for collected assets and resolving delivery issues if any
  • Coordinating with PAT team & customer for fully delivered jobs for As-built submission.
  • Maintaining ADMS progress records for monitoring, forecasting and backlog management to find opportunities within the existing processes for continuous improvement.
  • Communication with customer special project for materials redeployment as per design and follow up on resolving mismatched deliveries.
  • Providing ADMS related details and reports requested by Customer.
  • Initiating Extensions for Expired FADs & requesting delivered Temp redeployment from customer warehouses.
  • Maintaining updated ADMS cancellation list requested by project, securing customer departments approvals before sharing with customer control team.
  • Coordinating with Design Team, PAT and ASP to resolve dependencies to close ADMS reports.
  • Erisite, site tracker or any other Ericsson tool Update for ADMS related workplans.
You will bring!
  • Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years in Network Implementation and project dismantling activities
  • Bachelor?s degree in engineering or any equivalent certificate.
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Domain-experience: RAN & IBS
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise
  • Following processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Deciding and initiating action
  • knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
  • Dependent on work area typical experience from working as coordinator between different teams and customer
  • You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills
  • Training and awareness of all EHS statutory requirements impacting Ericsson in the local market
