Description :Grade Level: L1Function: Digital Financial Services (JazzCash)Location: IslamabadLast Date to Apply: 4th May 2022What is Product Specialist ? Consumer?Product Specialist ? Consumer will be responsible to work on the consumer products of JazzCash. The current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around the consumer business and has both the Over the Counter and Mobile Wallets products. This role is responsible to ensure top class products and services are available for the JazzCash customers and new innovative products and features are shipped to ensure aggressive growth.This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the ?Product Manager - Consumer? in JazzCashWhat does Product Specialist ? Consumer do?

  • Work on and execute mobile accounts strategy, define requirements and track KPIs for delivering successful product & features
  • Work closely with Technology, Design, Planning and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features for the JazzCash ?consumer account?.
  • Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products
  • Execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for JazzCash wallet users
  • Drive the product development from ideation to launch being accountable of the outcome
  • Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impact
  • Building and owning a critical product or a group of consumer account related products with a real impact on millions of consumers
  • Responsible for the P&L of consumer account.

  • Minimum bachelor?s degree in management/Business/Marketing
  • Fresh graduates or ideally 1-2 years of work experience
  • Able to deliver in fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Significant knowledge in product management and product development
  • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • High analytical and ready to get your hands dirty to get things done
  • Not afraid of trying and learning new things
