Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 24 Feb 2023What is a Product Owner (Product Development)?We are looking for someone who has previously worked in the field of Product Development and Management and can bring value to the Data Services & Sciences team at JAZZ by benefitting from previous engagements. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, truthful, innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused, and must demonstrate these traits from previous experiences these abilities. The candidate needs to have worked in large-scale analytics teams across various technologies & industries.You will be joining a 46-member team (including the department head) with various project teams and will be reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager.What does a Product Owner (Product Development) do?

  • Strong product delivery experience and instinct to understand the product vision, and then being able to build a product roadmap, and competitive analysis
  • Stakeholder internal and external management to ensure product delivery and goals.
  • Helping bridge the gap between technology & business teams
  • Deliver on the functional backlog across the value chain, from Operations to Development to Reporting and Program Management
  • Being able to work under pressure, manage client expectations effectively, and not get overwhelmed by client pressures on the team
  • Experience with building client/business-centric quality products, enabling product capability and objectives through technology
  • Proficient with agile product development - drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating/?grooming? product backlogs, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and data-driven approach to constantly analyze client/user feedback and analytics report

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Product Development domain
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • In-depth and hands-on knowledge of analytics project management and product management
  • Understanding of working with various technologies and vendors like Teradata, Oracle, Cloud platforms, open-source technologies, etc.
  • Knowledge of implementation of futuristic analytical products leveraging various data sources.
  • Working experience in one or more business areas and industries: Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, etc.
  • Experience working as primary business liaison, handling client requirements & product-related expectation management
