Description :Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadFunction: Digital Financial Services (JazzCash) Last date to apply: 6th May, 2022What is Product Expert ? Savings & Investments?Product Expert Savings & Investments will be responsible to manage, run and help develop JazzCash?s saving and investment offerings. This role will be responsible for the growth of existing saving plans and development and launch of new saving and investment offering where they will have to coordinate with internal stakeholders & external partners to run the segment.The role reports directly to the ?Product Manager Savings & Investments? in JazzCashWhat does Product Expert ? Savings & Investments do?

  • Execute our vision and strategy for saving and investment products
  • Preparing, and improving our current saving products and leading saving product growth
  • Develop a roadmap of saving products and come up with new ideas for investment products
  • Develop & execute customer centric campaigns
  • Optimize both backend workflows and front-end customer flows on our App and USSD
  • Apply market and consumer research to influence product strategy and optimize communication channels while maintaining a consumer centric point of view
  • Work closely with technology to drive development of new digital products and features in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Nurture a data-driven experimental process to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap

  • Masters/Bachelor?s degree in Management/Business/Marketing
  • 2-4+ years of experience, experience in working in fintech, the tech industry or a commercial bank is preferred
  • Knowledge of saving products and/or investment products is a plus
  • Managing P&L/Product Development/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG/Tech industry
  • Experience & knowledge in product management and product development
  • Knowledge of digital economy and knowledge of product growth
  • Expert knowledge of budgeting, planning and strategy creation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Proven track record of strong analytical and decision-making skills
