Merchant Ecosystem?As a Product Expert - Merchant Ecosystem, you are responsible for assisting the team to develop an overall value proposition for Merchant account holders. You will be required to help identify the complete ecosystem of Merchants and then plan use-cases/features which will fulfill those areas. You will make sure there is a roadmap with key partnerships or products planned which will help in increasing JazzCash Business utility for all merchants and increase the overall usage.The role reports to the Product Manager ? Merchant Ecosystem.What does Product Expert ? Merchant Ecosystem do?

  • Map the journey of all category merchants and identify areas for value addition
  • Envision a detailed product roadmap for each category
  • Perform market research and international benchmarking of all products
  • Liaison with different stakeholders within team and external departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Develop synergy with all platforms i.e. USSD and App to streamline
  • Create detailed product requirement for technology and GTM for marketing teams
  • Manage insights and reporting for all products
