Grade Level: L2Location: Islamabad Function: Digital Financial Services (JazzCash) Last date to apply: 20th July, 2022What is Product Expert - Digital Lending?Digital Lending is one of the key success areas for JazzCash and Product Expert - Digital lending will be responsible for managing the customer and merchant lending products.The product expert will be responsible to manage and grow existing JazzCash digital lending products while working to plan and execute the overall product strategy. You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage & grow the product proposition, develop best in class lending product iterations and improve customer experience on the JazzCash App, USSD and call center.The role reports directly to the Product Manager Digital Lending.What does Product Expert Digital Lending do?

  • Monitor and grow existing digital lending products
  • Ensure the lending products are aligned with our overall strategy
  • Familiarise with the current digital lending market landscape to identify new opportunities for lending products
  • Keeping up-to-date with the regulatory framework and policies to adjust product offerings accordingly
  • End-to-end accountability to introduce new lending products; will be responsible to conceptualise, document, align & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, execute and launch new lending products
  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and user engagement
  • Work with internal and external partners to manage and deliver upon business KPIS (for e.g. number of active users, portfolio growth, bad debt & new product offerings)
  • Ensure current product offerings and services run smoothly through support & maintenance of all departments involved
  • Conduct usability labs and interactive customer sessions to improve our existing UI/UX
