Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic People Associate to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, youll play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, assisting with recruitment, and collaborating with various teams to drive different projects to success.   • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to better collaborate within cross functional teams to implement People initiative programs and ensure delivery of people services
  • Lead, develop and complete projects within the People Team domain, including those focused on Training & Development, People Operations, Engagement and other initiatives
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates throughout
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and activities
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Promptly and effectively address employees queries and requests
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices and routinely assess current practices to suggest improvements
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources preferable in a generalist role
  • Bachelors in BBA or MBA, majors in Human Resource is a plus
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in problem solving and task prioritization
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and carry out tasks at hand.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
