Job Description

IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients? business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the Unica application packaged solution for Enterprise Marketing Management. This includes ?

  • Creating reports on campaign performance that require SQL skills to be able to query the Marketing Data Marts.
  • Real-time Campaign Management ? basic Java programming skills to be able to customize Real-time presentation of various offers to the customer base
  • Effective Time Management ? To be able to launch Outbound and Inbound Marketing Campaigns on time and with accuracy.
  • Offer Creation ? To be able to identify, create and map the relevant offers for the client?s Customer base.
  • Application Integration ? Optimizing the flow of data across the various applications integrated with Unica including middleware applications, analytics engines, databases.
  • Server Administration ? Basic Linux skills to be able to perform server tasks to check campaign execution status amongst the different application servers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • You should have strong analytical skills and should give high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Good ability to manage and welcome change
  • Good time management and an ability to work under stress
  • Bachelor?s degree in a business-related or technical field (e.g. Telecom, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Data Mining, AI)
  • Prior knowledge of Marketing Campaign Management Softwares and/or large databases is preferred but not mandatory.
