About this opportunity We are now looking for a Network Operation Center (NOC) Technician, who will have hardworking to working in NOC for network monitoring and customer concern for events.What you will do

  • Understand IT systems.
  • Passionate to work in NOC for Network monitoring and Escalation of Events
  • Fault Management
  • Complaint handling
  • User management
  • IT Systems Security monitoring.
  • Dashboard Monitoring and Basic Reporting
  • Catch and Dispatch
You will bring
  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Electronics, IT, or computer science.
  • Knowledge about NOC operations.
  • Good understanding of IT and BSS systems
  • Knowledge of Linux OS, Databases, and Infrastructure
  • Good Communications skills.
  • Language skills: English
  • Your passionate, positive attitude, hard-working and punctuality!
