Strong proficiency with 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge, Good communication at network strategy with customer or daily work.
Be familiar with 2/3G OSS-KPI degradation reasonanalysis and OSS-KPI optimization process & have good capability at KPI optimization solution.
Understanding 2/3G major enhancement feature and solution. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
Good skills at Huawei RF basic tool, such as Genexcloud/Omstart/FMA/U2020/U-net.
Be familiar with LTE OSS-KPI degradation de reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process. Have good capability at KPI optimization solution.
Understanding LTE major enhancement feature and solution, such as VOLTE/ MLB /eSrvcc/CSFB. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
Hard-working attitude and accept overtime if project urgency task. Good service awareness as qualified RF service engineer.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree/Equivalent

Experience:3 years as a support or development engineer for RF position
