About this opportunityWe are now looking for aMiddleware and Provisioning Engineer who will be part of the Middleware Operations team that?s responsible for providing architecture, design and implementation on Middleware and Provisioning SystemsWhat you will do

  • Plan & Design Systems (Application, Operating System & infrastructure)
  • Analyze business requirements, identify System requirements and propose solution.
  • Performing UATs, upgrades, and deployment activities.
  • Document project scope, deliverables, functional requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment to deliver requirements on recurring schedule
  • Outstanding understanding of SOA, EAI patterns, high-availability, OOD and architectural principles
  • Responsible to drive integration roadmap within BSS
  • Good understanding of Application security including approaches to secure application at Transport and Message level
  • Creating solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the enterprise/group requirements
  • Apply software engineering practices and implement automations across all elements of solution delivery
  • Effectively represent the Integration team, ensuring customers are absolutely confident in the advantages and quality of product
  • Effective Participation in Change Management Process
  • Partner with internal clients and team members to define, document & fix operational system bugs/ issues
  • Requirements definition/translation to technical specifications, workflow customization, report development and training documentation to support CRM Adoption, best practice, data management, reporting, policies and procedures
  • Coordination/ leadership of QA and UAT for prioritized initiatives
  • Assist with On-Call Support/ Coordination when applicable (24/7 Operations Management)
  • Work well independently with strong self-direction and initiative, but know when to collaborate or seek guidance
You will bring
  • Bachelor?s Degreein Computer Science
  • Have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • MS Office
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Hands on working experience on IT BSS Platforms
  • Extensive Understanding of MS SQL Server, Linux/Unix
  • Development hands-on, SCRUM, Familiar with JSON, XML, XPATH, XSD, SOAP and REST, DBMS, SQL, EMS/JMS, shell scripting etc.
