Grade Level: L3Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 27 September, 2022What is Manager Transformation?Manager Transformation will be responsible for overseeing transformation projects and analytics at JazzCash.The role reports directly to Head of Transformation and Reporting.What does Manager Transformation do?

  • Responsible for leading the financial carve out of JazzCash
  • Liaise with Ventures Investments in various M&A projects including due diligences
  • Funding planning for Jazzcash and coordination with Ventures Finance.
  • Review and assess key transformation proposals to unlock new growth paths especially from financial perspective.
  • Assisting with tax planning and analysis and mitigating adverse taxation impacts.
  • Performing commercial analysis and adding insights on the performance of the business.
  • Utilizing expertise in banking, taxation and corporate regulations to enhance financial and operational performance of the entity.
  • Assisting in implementing ERP solutions etc.
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders like commercial, tax and compliance to conclude job efficiently.
