Grade Level: L3Location: Islamabad, PakistanLast date to apply: 9th May 2022What is Manager Traffic, Recharges and Reporting Assurance?This position is responsible for assurance of Prepaid Traffic, Subscriptions, Recharges, VAS, Reporting, credit advances, Product risks and requires unique Business and Technical skills-set, working knowledge preferably in Revenue Assurance environments or related fields.The candidate should independently manage team, closely collaborate with stakeholders for improvements and work on complex data flows for determining the combined effect of interacting systems and processes.The role reports directly to the Stream Head Revenue Assurance, Credit & Controls and has a team reporting.What does Manager Traffic, Recharges and Reporting Assurance do?

  • Closely work with other domains on new offerings, Services, Projects, and assignments
  • Responsible for Prepaid Revenues, Recharges, VAS & Reporting Assurance
  • Analytics and Data profiling for line wise Assurance
  • Work on Expanded RA scope from sample-based risk coverage to detailed level Analyses and support to stakeholders ? Step toward Next Generation Revenue Assurance (NGRA)
  • Automation of Revenue Assurance Controls and Alerting
  • Implementation of new Prepaid & Recharges Assurance scope and controls (Product wise assurance, Service wise monitoring, Detailed trending, Monitoring, Controls & Cost savings etc)
  • Regular Monitoring, Baselining, Auditing, Synchronizing, Investigating and Controls for Prepaid base segments
  • Assurance and validation of Prepaid complete Revenue Chain. Assessing and minimizing revenue loss risk which are currently unattended
  • Management Reporting and Presentations
