You will manage a mix of day-to-day tactical and strategic initiatives, with a focus on process improvements, efficiency, employee experience, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will proactively identify opportunities and programs to support the business, working closely with the Talent and People team and collaborating with Finance, Workplace, IT, and Legal departments. Your strong collaboration and communication skills will help you build effective cross-functional partnerships across the company.
