We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics & DevOps to join our team to drive innovation and improve customer experience.As a Manager Data Analytics & DevOps in the Customer Experience Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of analytics and software engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications and data analytics tools that enable the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analytics and software engineers to develop data-driven solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Provide technical and organizational leadership to the engineering teams.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer experience through data analysis and software development.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain software applications and data pipelines that enable the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of analytics and software engineering projects and initiatives.
  • Design and implement data models to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline the processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of software and data engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that data systems and software applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Data Analytics & DevOps?
  • Bachelors or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analytics and software engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architecture.
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft tech stack such as .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
