  • Understand Jazz?s business and products and develop insightful learning material for the Digital Academy.
  • Identify creative ways of learning.
  • Create fun, engaging and effective digital learning content.
  • Research and identify suitable learning interventions.
  • Provide holistic support to leadership development initiatives.
  • Devise and implement strategies to create a learning organization.
  • Create in-house e-modules via articulate suite for company-wide and division specific trainings.

RequirementsEligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelors degree in business Management
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Expert in content creation tools such as Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and willing to innovate
