Description :Grade Level: InternLocation: IslamabadLast date to apply: Nov 3rd, 2022What will Intern- Corporate and Regulatory Affairs do?

  • Understanding, how the regulatory support function enables the organization to perform its routine tasks.
  • Digitization of regulatory documents pertaining to Jazz BTS sites and MW links in a streamlined form.
  • Alignment of documents in hyperlink format on online portal for reference.
  • Analysis of application and approval of BTS sites along with stats/statistics highlighting the pace of progress.
  • Learning how to coordinate with internal stake holder for ensuring timely compliance to PTA.
  • Bi weekly progress report on the tasks and presentation on progress on bi monthly basis.
  • Effectively processing and managing assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Digitization and formation of dashboard of all regulatory documents in a precise manner as defined
  • Provision of Weekly update on the progress on tasks.
  • Preparation of final reports/presentation on the learnings and skill improvements while interning at Jazz.

  • Learn how reporting works in corporate environment.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on the assigned projects
  • Attend team meetings and meet the stakeholders related to the assigned projects
  • Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas on existing processes and systems
  • Have close liaison with different departments/functions for the timely execution of deliverables
  • Be mentored by a Jazz professional to guide you through your extensive learning experience
  • Attend social networking activities and build relationship with your peers/stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
