Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive. This role will support daily HR activities and will assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. This individual will act as a liaison between the HR Operations Manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queriesResponsibilities

  • Designing and implementing Company policies
  • Payroll management
  • Employee recognition programs
  • Resolving/addressing employees requests and grievances in the minimum possible time.
  • Updating & maintaining employee records & letters, job descriptions, and employee handbooks
  • Ensuring new joiner orientations Company-wide
  • Handle financial Matters
  • Oversee and accomplish the administrative processes.
