Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotationsú
Delivering quality materials at the right time, best price and most suitable terms and conditions, devising efficient logistics management system to ensure on time delivery of goodsú
Evaluating vendor performance for ensuring adherence to predefined specifications & supply of quality materials / execution of worksú
Finalizing Purchase Orders with best suitable specifications of materials and establishing limits for effective inventory control & reducing wastagesú
Coordinating with Operations, Engineering Department & Management to identify, qualify and dedicate external/internal sources or/and manufacturing facilities, implement/advice annual strategies Line with Company Policies and procedures.ú
To plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the purchasing coordinators, warehouse and site stores staff and related works involved in purchasing materials, products and services.ú
Responsible for the development and maintenance of procurement procedures, Policies, manuals and work instructions etc.ú
Monitor the pre-qualification process for subcontractors.
Evaluation of vendors / subcontractor RFQ when required .
Review / Audit Purchase Orders and Subcontracts to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.
