This involves understanding the needs and preferences of diverse customers and designing products that meet their unique requirements. The role reports directly to Head of JazzCash.What Head Digital Inclusion - JazzCash does?

  • Conducting market research to understand the needs of diverse customer segments and identifying opportunities to create products that meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as designers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into the product development process from the outset.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure that diverse perspectives are represented in product development.
  • Ensuring that product design and marketing materials are culturally sensitive and inclusive, and that they do not perpetuate harmful stereotypes or biases.
  • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback from diverse customers to ensure that products are meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to diversity and inclusion and ensuring that the companys products and practices align with these standards.
