Description :Grade Level: L3Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 24th August 2022What is FP&A Business Partner Corporate?This role is responsible for FP&A activities including planning, analysis, reporting and investment appraisals.The role reports directly to Stream Head FP&A (Corporate).What does FP&A Business Partner Corporate do?

  • Preparation of Business plans, budgets and rolling forecast models of corporate divisions.
  • Review and challenge driver level inputs and align top down targets with end users
  • Preparation of assumptions and detailed management presentations.
  • Actualization of the models, analysis of historical trends and discussion with stakeholders about future plans & market trends
  • Support in preparation of detailed business performance reviews along with operational KPI?s.
  • Support for Segment wise reporting and monthly dashboards
  • Support in Business Cases (guidance, advocate and evaluation of cases)
  • Post implementation analysis on projects business cases.
  • Support in monthly closing activities, OPEX & CAPEX monitoring and detail variance analysis
  • Conduct value creation analysis to identify various business initiatives/growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholders Relationship building to challenge, influence and form mitigation plans for issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive data of actual performance versus planned and analysis to identify gaps.
  • Conduct post implementation review of various projects & share valuable insights for improvement.
  • Work on adhoc support/requirements as and when required.

  • Preferably MBA/ACCA/CA/ACMA with 6-8 years of working experience.
  • Prior experience in Telco or FP&A will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Detail and result oriented, persistent, confident, adaptable and positive attitude
