Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 25th May 2023What is Financial Analyst, M&A and Strategy?The role will be responsible for supporting the Strategy department in exploring diversification opportunities, conducting initial workings for potential M&A deals, conducting business planning for strategic initiatives, managing critical strategic projects, and analyzing financial data to provide insights to the Strategy team. The role reports directly to Head of Strategy with an extended team of 5 team members, placed in the Data & Strategy Division.What does Financial Analyst, M&A and Strategy do?

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the M&A team in exploring diversification opportunities
  • Assist in conducting initial workings for potential M&A deals, including market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence
  • Support the M&A team in developing business plans for strategic initiatives
  • Assist in managing critical strategic projects, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and issues, and developing solutions to address them
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the Strategy team
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Keeps a keen eye on the startup landscape, and assesses the potential impact on Jazz
