Job Description

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing critical financial and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, possess a strong understanding of payroll processing, and demonstrate expertise in tax calculations and PSID creation. Additionally, the candidate will excel in expense claims management and vendor payments, ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks: Maintain accurate financial records for both US and PK operations using QuickBooks.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Tax Calculations and PSID Creation: Calculate taxes and create Payment Slip ID (PSID) for tax payments.
  • Expense Claims Management: Process and manage employee expense claims efficiently.
  • Vendor Payments Management: Handle payments to vendors, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing
  • Expertise in tax calculations and PSID creation
  • Experience in expense claims management and vendor payments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work the specified night shift hours
