DescriptionKey Purpose:We are looking on behalf of our client for the position ofÿ?Finance & Accounts Specialist?ÿwho will be responsible to oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. Additionally, collaborating with various departments, providing financial insights for decision-making, and optimizing financial processes.Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities includes; Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, & reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, conduct cost analysis, and generate financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze variances to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and procedures.
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
  • Financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and long-term financial planning.
