This role will ensure all products are executed with perfection as well as managing all stakeholders throughout. Managing the product lifecycle end to end by ensuring educational material/marketing material is aligned with product and all support teams are well trained to manage day to day operations.The role reports directly to the ?Product Manager Merchant Platforms? in SME segment of JazzCash. Overall SME Segment has four streams which include Product., Growth, Ecosystem, and Payments.What does an Expert Product Merchant Platforms?úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Develop New products through end user research and ensure product customer fitúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Work with Finance and technology to prepare KPI driven business plans for new productsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Align management and different stakeholders on new products for prioritisationúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Create detailed product requirement for technology and work with design teams for UI/UXúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Perform thorough UAT on every product prior to launchúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Track and maintain a strong follow-up on all requirements to ensure timely resolutionúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Ensure a streamlined execution of all products by collaborating with all stakeholdersúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Analyse Data and gather end user feedback to constantly enhance and improve productsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Have close liaison with different departments/functions for the timely execution of deliverablesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Manage insights and reporting for all productsÿJazz is an equal opportunity employer.
