Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 23 June 2023What is an Expert Product?Product Expert will be responsible to work on the corporate products of JazzCash. This current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around corporations, it offers a collection/disbursement solution for wallet users, OTC and USSD as well. This role will be responsible to ensure top feasible solutions are available for the JazzCash customers and new innovative products and features are shipped to ensure aggressive growth.This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the ?Product Manager ? Collection & Disbursement? in JazzCashWhat does an Expert Product do?Key responsibilities

  • Create & execute corporate strategy, define requirements and KPIs for delivering successful product & features
  • Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Design, Planning and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features for JazzCash solutions portfolio
  • Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products
  • Lead and execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for JazzCash wallet users
  • Deep dive into all customer journeys and identify new features and new markets to tap into to achieve business goals
  • Responsible for all product lifecycle stages, including product roadmap & product strategy as well as post launch activities, growth of the product, promotional campaigns, operational issues and KPI tracking
  • Identify the right problems to solve and implement the right solutions
  • Drive the product development from ideation to launch
  • Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impact
  • Responsible for the P&L of the collection/disbursement
