Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 1st August 2023What is Expert Product?Expert product is responsible for launching new digital platforms which fall under 5 different verticals defined for customers Gaming , Lifestyle , education & skills , Entertainment , Health & insurance and cerate new revenue streams . Work closely with internal and external stakeholders which includes third party vendors which are business partners for all platforms, procurement Technology, brands and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features.Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products.Lead and execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for usersIdentify right problems to solve and implement the right solutions for Jazz customersDrive the product development from ideation to launch being accountable of the outcomeUse data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impactBuilding and owning a critical product or a group of products with a real impact on millions of consumersJazz is an equal opportunity employer.   • Accountable for end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of managing digital products & initiatives (App & Web Based)
  • Have knowledge of media buying & planning & good understanding of the digital funnel & its management for the purpose cost optimization
  • Developing plans for new customer accusations, increasing engagement & controlling churn of digital products with precision digital targeting/retargeting, updating UI/UX & enhancing customer experience
  • Need to have technical knowledge and understanding of google play store and console, web development skills and other digital technologies
  • Devising digital strategy & plan for the entire year & executing with quarterly & monthly targets with Revenue & other KPI?s
  • Creating & presenting performance & initiatives updates for management
  • Hands on with management/financial reporting for creating & managing products dashboards + performing data analysis for useful insights
  • Manage internal & external stakeholders including technology, customer care, legal & brands & other stake holders
  • Resolving technology-related issues with the product development team
  • Good understanding & know-how of running digital campaigns on various digital platforms
  • Capable of getting artwork developed as per given brand guidelines with the brand?s team
  • Handling customer complaints with the support of the customer experience team & providing win-win solutions with aggressive follow-ups
