Optimal candidate for this role will be responsible for testing, piloting, rolling out and expanding existing and new products. Someone who wants to roll up his or her sleeves, look around corners to identify future needs and dive into a challenge. Goal is to develop best in class products, set a path forward, and drive implementation of both existing and new products. The successful candidate must be customer obsessed, highly analytical, resourceful and able to operate at all levels of the organization and comfortable driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced environment.The role reports directly to Head of Value-Added Services with an extended team of 4.
