This resource will play a key part in utilizing digital tools for data interpretation and developing effective business strategies for gaming. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the gaming industry and be familiar with the gaming ecosystem in both local and global landscapes. Additionally, knowledge of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and gaming voucher/wallets models is required. Prior experience in managing Gaming and digital products will be preferred coupled with strong analytical, product management & development skillset.What does Expert Gaming & Digital Products do?

1. Gaming Product Strategy: The Expert will develop and execute a comprehensive gaming product strategy aligned with the companys goals. They identify market opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth.
2. Revenue Generation: The Expert will focus on maximizing revenue from gaming products by implementing effective monetization strategies. This may involve exploring different business models, such as in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising, while ensuring a positive user experience.
3. User Engagement and Retention: The Expert will be responsible for enhancing user engagement and retention within gaming products. They analyze user behavior, preferences, and feedback to optimize features, gameplay, and overall user experience. This includes implementing gamification techniques, social features, and regular content updates to keep users engaged.
4. Partnerships and Business Development: The Expert will establish and nurture strategic partnerships with gaming developers, publishers, influencers, and esports organizations. Negotiate contracts, identify collaboration opportunities, and explore co-marketing initiatives to expand the gaming products reach and enhance its value proposition.
5. Market and Competitive Analysis: The Expert will closely monitor the gaming industry, identifies emerging trends, and conducts competitive analysis. Stay updated with the top trending game releases, gaming platforms, and technological advancements to ensure the companys gaming products remain competitive.
6. Performance Tracking and Analytics: The Expert will utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track and measure the performance of gaming products. They analyze key metrics, such as revenue, user acquisition, retention, and engagement, to identify areas of improvement and optimize the product strategy accordingly.
7. User Acquisition and Marketing: The Expert will collaborate with the internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies. They identify target audience segments, optimize app store listings, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and leverage social media channels to attract new users to the gaming products.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: The Expert will collaborate with various internal teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and business intelligence, to ensure seamless execution of the gaming product strategy. They align efforts, gather feedback, and coordinate initiatives to drive success.

• Excellent understanding of monetization models in gaming, such as in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising.

• Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with gaming developers, publishers, influencers, and esports organizations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the gaming industry, including game genres, platforms, trends, and player demographics.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and cloud gaming.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics for Games/Firebase, to extract insights from gaming data.
• Master?s /Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or computer science is preferred. Relevant work experience in gaming and digital product management is highly valued.
