Description :Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 5th July 2023What is Expert Digital Products ? Insurance?The Expert Digital Products ? Insurance is responsible for end-to-end Portfolio management of assigned Digital Products and Services in the Insurance vertical. This is a P&L role and requires analytical decisions and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives supporting the Insurance Vertical strategy.The Expert Digital Products ? Insurance will be directing their initiatives and day-to-day tasks towards revenue growth and engagement of subscribers through Digital Products in Insurance and healthcare.The role reports directly to the Manager Digital Products ? Insurance and is an individual contributing to the Digital Products & Services team under the Head of Digital Products.What does Expert Digital Products ? Insurance do?

  • Work as a focal POC from Insurance Vertical and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure support on the vertical?s products
  • Analyze and deep-dive into the Insurance Vertical data and other customer data to identify potential in subscribers
  • Analyze market trends in Digital insurance and healthcare products market
  • Propose initiatives and take decisions based on the customer deep-dive to support Insurance Vertical revenue growth and subscriber engagement
  • Contribute in ARPU and engagement of subscribers through increased penetration of Insurance Products
  • Identify visibility gaps and accordingly propose visibility solutions for improved visibility to the potential subscribers of Insurance digital products
  • Strategize and plan regional visibility drives and Trade promotions that engage our channels, enhance visibility within the market and aid in overall Channel Planning and Distribution target achievement
  • Launch new products in Insurance Vertical by collaborating with relevant teams in Pricing, Procurement, Contracts, Legal, CEM, Product Development, Tax, Technical, Brands & Communications Team, Budgeting & Planning and other respective internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaison with Brands & Communications team for relevant ATL promotions

  • Advanced analytical mindset and skills
  • Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced communication skills for managing cross-functional projects
  • Vendor Management, Conflict Management and Negotiation skills to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders across various projects
  • A go-getter and can-do attitude with a strong drive and ambition to lead and close projects in-line with the Insurance & Healthcare Strategy
  • 1-3 years of work experience in analytics, digital products, produce management, product growth, digital insurance roles
