Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 28TH Feb 2023What is Expert - CVM & Contextual Marketing?Expert - CVM & Contextual Marketing is a Full time Assistant Manager position. The professional holding the position will ensure the execution of CVM campaigns and Delivering the Target KPIs assigned to them in accordance with the company?s must win battles. He/she will play primary role in GSM base management, devising and implementing strategy for churn reduction, subscriber engagement, revenue and life cycle enhancement activities.The role reports directly to the Head of CVM and has 18 people reporting directly into it.What Expert - CVM & Contextual Marketing does?

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop understanding of existing CVM framework
    • Develop understanding of CMS, BI Tools and data science capabilities
    • Take charge of the assigned portfolio and be responsible for the targets
    • Ensure all governance related attributes are implemented
    • Build rapport with stakeholders such as Segments & Pricing and work alongside them to achieve company goals
    • Contribute in the development and use of data science models for campaigns
  • Key Deliverables
    • Design and development of contextual marketing use cases
    • Campaign improvement and OMNI Channel use cases
    • Manage conventional CVM activities of the assigned portfolio
    • Work on personalized Product Portfolio for CVM Team
    • Ensure CVM Targets are being met for (Revenue, Churn, 4G, Multiplay or any other KPI)
