Job Description

Description :Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 16th June 2022What is ?Expert Collection??We are looking for a reliable Debt Collector to contact debtors & claim outstanding debts towards their creditors. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. This position can be stressful & difficult. A dept collector will have to be polite & sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose & persistent. Excellent communication skills & a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.The role reports directly to the Team Lead and has 2 people reporting directly to it with an extended team of 1 team membersWhat does Expert Collection do?

  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Locate & contact debtors to inquire about their payment status.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Handle quires & complaints.
  • Investigate & relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues.
  • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
  • Coordination with ?Credit Monitoring & Evaluation Team? for any blocking/restoration & credit extension-related matter
  • Churn Controlling.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical & presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a dept collector.
  • Experience in working with targets & tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, SQL & databases.
  • Excellent communication & people skills.
  • Appropriate in negotiating & persuading.
  • Ability to be polite & compassionate without lacking confidence.
