Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 7th June 2022What is Expert Channel Support? The Channel Operations & Automation team is part of the Channel Planning & Distribution within the Commercial Division. The team is responsible for managing the Channel Operations, automating channel requirements, developing alternate channels, and providing Biometric Verification System Related operations support to the channel.The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Automation & Systems Support.What does Expert Channel Support do?

  • This role works as a bridge between Sales Channel, Technology, BVS Business Partners/Vendors, and Channel Planning & Distribution Teams to support in the development of new projects.
  • Support sales channel in making the new franchisee onboarding process smooth and seamless through the enablement of Jazz Point The Channel Management System, Super Office, CRM, and other related systems.
  • Report issues raised by channel related to Biometric Verification Systems (BVS) with Technology, and other related departments for immediate fixation.
  • Identify gaps in current BVS, Bundle Upsells (964/510 menu) operational processes, and recommend ways to improve these processes. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective by idea generations, market research, competitor products & processes analysis. Provide support in re-engineering processes for improvement of channels and operations.
  • Closely works with Technology & Standardization Teams to communicate new processes, developments & updates for the channel.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Document for new developments to achieve operational excellence and as per internal team feedback & channel raised requirements. Handle all phases of a project from the project scope, ROI analysis, UAT, and post-launch operational support.
  • Carries out pilot & live testing of Biometric Application, Bundle Upsells & EVC (JazzLoad) Systems for the designed solutions to examine the fulfillment of automation requirements.
  • Support APC Channel APC Partners onboarding during integration, testing, and pre/post-launch activities.
  • Close liaison with Technology & APC Channel team to help in resolving post-launch operational issues reported by APC Partners.
Key Deliverables
  • Build and maintain good and professional relationships with the channel as well as other relevant departments and play a pivotal role to drive things.
  • Should have the ability to get resolved the raised issues within given TAT.
  • Able to test Biometric & other related applications vigilantly
  • Should have the ability to persuade for getting the desired updates & results in developed application flawlessly to commercially launch.
  • Provide insights to the senior management on the progress of the channel operations & automation projects raised with relevant Teams.
  • Should be able to adapt to the rapid changes in the market.
