Description :Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 23 May 2024What is Expert Cash Management?Expert Cash Management is responsible to assist in all aspects of operations and reporting of all the components of ˙cash management module and maintaining relationships with all the relevant stakeholders.The role reports directly to the Team Lead Cash Management.What does Expert Cash Management do?

  • Independently work in cash management team & resolve stakeholder issues with banks on daily basis.
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation and reporting of reconciling items to stake as per SOX & control.
  • Timely Confirmation of funds to stakeholders and ensure accuracy of booking by respective teams.
  • Prepare daily and monthly Dashboard pertaining to reconciling items and ensure Compliance
  • Monitoring of funds landed in bank statement and validate funds transfers aligned with instructions by treasury team.
  • Prepare daily cash management reports & analyze for any items for reporting to the stakeholders.
  • Monitor bank statements & ensure accurate booking of items from the relevant stakes.
  • Compliance & provision of information, verification & overseeing end to end external and internal Audit.
  • Use of financial Software (Oracle & Oracle Fusion) for bank statement loading & Reconciliation process.
  • Analysis and extraction of financial data through Data Loader for internal financial reporting
  • Preparation of CM schedules for reconciliation with GL balances to report for monthly review
  • Preparation of monthly dashboards with aging & analysis of unreconciled items for management reporting.
  • Actively play role in all the on-going strategic projects.
  • Preparing funding requirement to ensure entities status .
  • Movement from manual processes to automated processes
  • Assist in counter-party risk management.
  • Assist in business support & employee services.

  • MBA/MSc/ICMA/ACCA with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands on experience on Oracle (Cash Management, AP & GL) & reports
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office suite especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong nerves & the ability to meet deadlines under pressure on continuing basis.
  • Innovative and issue resolver.
  • Good time management, analytical and report writing skills.
