Description :Grade Level: L3Location: Islamabad Function: Digital Financial Services (JazzCash) Last date to apply: 24th October 2022What is Expert Business Process (JazzCash)?This role is the custodian of all the processes at all touch points and entails ensuring all processes are as per best international practices and follows the guidelines of all Regulators. The core function is to ensure processes are created and implemented at all the touch points.The role reports directly to Head of Customer Experience and is an individual contributor role having dedication and clarity in terms of process flows and customer experience.What does Expert Business Process (JazzCash) do?

  • Evaluating existing business processes, identifying gaps and correcting processes that are not customer-centric
  • Determining and outlining business process improvements
  • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
  • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed
  • Guiding and supervising team members assigned with specific tasks
  • Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management in coordination with different stakeholders
  • Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
  • Revising and updating procedures and policies

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration will be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Process Management in relevant industry
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
