Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 18th Nov 2022What is Expert -Business Analysis & Insights?The role requires self-driven individuals from a Marketing, Pricing, Customer Value Management, Commercial or Business Analytics background, capable of thinking out of the box and generating insights from raw data. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of understanding and evaluating customer lifecycles, segmentation of customers, analyzing customer behaviors and evaluating products.The role reports to the Sr. Business Analyst and the team subsequently reports to the Head of Digital Analytics. The Digital Analytics team consists of a total of 7 members including the HOD.What does Expert - Business Analysis & Insights do?Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating the JazzCash (M-Wallet) customer lifecycle and generating actionable insights from the available data
  • Study the JazzCash and GSM (data, voice, SMS, 3G/4G) KPIs and raise flags as an early warning indicator in case of deviations from target
  • Perform in-depth analysis on subjects like churn, reactivations, customer behavior, product usage, engagement and accordingly identify areas of improvement/growth
  • Provide visibility to higher management through developing different reports and dashboards (preferably automated)
  • Be able to study raw data and transform it into a structured story and accordingly make clear presentations to help the management in strategic decision-making
  • Co-ordinate with the broader Data & Strategy teams such as Data Analytics, CVM, Data Science and Consumer Insights for data availability and enriching the analysis
  • Perform detailed pre and post analysis of campaigns to identify how different initiatives impact the KPIs
  • Reporting & Monitoring of KPIs
  • Ad-hoc deep dive analysis around business problems and potential growth areas
  • Updating management and key stakeholders on performance and generated insights
  • Short-term and long-term forecasting of key KPIs (subscribers, revenue etc.)
