Source and qualify leads through a combination of research, market analysis, networking, and data sourcing to ensure a consistent flow of potential clients.
Take ownership of end-to-end appointment setting, coordinating and scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align business development efforts with lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in business development, showcasing skills in email outreach, cold calling, engagement, Sales Navigator, leads sourcing, and appointment setting.
