Grade Level: L5Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 27th July 2022What is Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) - JazzCash role?This is a strategic leader?s position within JazzCash that requires broad technical and operational expertise. The CTIO will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer, JazzCash. The role will be responsible for end-to-end Technology platforms, services and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of Digital and Financial Services products. Candidate must have led large-scale design and deployment of end-to-end IT platforms. A proven record of accomplishment of architecture designing, product development, project management, people management and stakeholder management skills is necessary.What does a CTIO do?

  • Align the company?s technology development plan with the company?s business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Ensure security, scalability and performance of overall technology infrastructure
  • Drive system infrastructure decisions to ensure performance and capital efficiency
  • Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
  • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
  • Define, articulate, and execute engineering strategy from launch to scale.
  • Lead the team in designing and implementing our technology vision
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
  • Strengthen governance around new products delivery, in-house development, partners and suppliers management.
  • Build industry-leading experiences that create value for customers and value for the Company.
  • Technology Budget Ownership. Developing, tracking and controlling the annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, operations and staffing
